The Bank was supplying information under RTI Act in compliance of order dated 14.01.2015 passed by State Information Commissioner, Haryana. Now The Operation of said order has been stayed by the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court vide order dated 25.05.2015 passed in CWP No. 10529 of 2015. The Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture & Rural Development Bank is one of the party in this case.
